Conviction Studio is operated by ValuWiki Inc.

1. Operator & Controller Disclosure

This website and the Conviction Studio service are operated by ValuWiki Inc. (“Conviction Studio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). ValuWiki Inc. acts as the data controller for personal data collected through website enquiry forms, email communications, and workflow discovery requests.

2. Information We Collect

When you submit a workflow enquiry or communicate with us, we collect the information you voluntarily provide:

  • Contact Information: Full name, professional work email address, phone number (if provided), and firm name.
  • Enquiry & Workflow Content: Firm type, workflow family selection, deliverable type, non-confidential process description, public data willingness, and scheduling preferences.
  • Technical & Analytics Data: IP address, browser type, referral URLs, campaign parameters, and page interactions captured via Privacy-focused analytics.

Note: Our enquiry form explicitly requests that submitters do not include confidential, proprietary, or material non-public information (MNPI). Public or synthetic data is sufficient for all preliminary discovery discussions.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data for legitimate business purposes:

  • Evaluating and responding to your workflow enquiry or discovery request.
  • Arranging and conducting initial workflow review conversations.
  • Fulfilling pre-contractual steps requested prior to executing an engagement agreement.
  • Maintaining operational security, preventing spam or unauthorized access, and improving website usability.

4. Model Non-Training & Data Boundaries

Conviction Studio does not use client content or enquiry submissions to train machine learning models. Any client-approved third-party model endpoint configured during a client engagement remains governed by that provider’s contractual and data-handling terms.

5. Data Processors & Third-Party Services

We share personal data only with trusted infrastructure providers required to operate the site and dispatch enquiries:

  • Hosting & Cloud Infrastructure: Vercel Inc. (global hosting and serverless functions).
  • Email Dispatch: Resend Inc. (transactional enquiry notifications).
  • Analytics: Privacy-friendly analytics for aggregated website usage metrics.

6. Data Retention

Enquiry submissions and associated correspondence are retained for as long as necessary to evaluate, establish, or conclude potential workflow engagements, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes, after which records are securely archived or deleted.

7. Your Rights & Contact Information

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or object to processing. To exercise any data protection rights or submit a privacy query, contact our privacy team at:
